Daxia, Qilong, Meijun, and Mengmeng are born in the 1990s. Ever since Qilong fell in love with Meijun, Daxia experimented with Mengmeng's beloved dog Xiaoba and found that it could actually talk. Everything was different. Xiaoba learned a lot from Grandpa Huangyouyou. Yaoyao and Xiaoba were childhood sweethearts who were killed by bad guys to protect their master. Tuantuan's mistress Xuanxuan has the ability to read minds and communicate with small animals. After Tuantuan was kidnapped, Xiaoba and others launched a city-wide rescue of cats and dogs.
