Magician's Notes

This is a world where everyone can become a magician. As long as the relevant procedures are completed, everyone can legally use magic, making life more convenient. However, magicians are divided into two categories: apprentices and formals. Apprentice magicians can only have a chance to become regular by following the magic code, practicing well, and using magic to help others. Our protagonist, the innocent and lovely girl Juchi Yume (voiced by Miyazaki Aoi), is such a kind-hearted trainee magician. In order to receive training as a magician, Meng came to Tokyo from his hometown. The bustling big city dazzled her. Thanks to the help of passers-by, Meng was able to find her mentor Masami Oyamada (voiced by Junichi Suwabe). Why use magic? Does magic bring happiness or disaster? With these questions, Meng began his own magic practice. After experiencing all kinds of joys and sorrows in the world, Meng gradually understood the meaning of magic.
