Hussar on the Roof

In the mid-19th century, Italy was under the turbulent rule of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In order to liberate the motherland, the light cavalry colonel Angelo (Olivier Martinez) plotted to launch a riot to overthrow the colonial rule, but he had to go into exile in France because of the plan being leaked. Because of the betrayal of his childhood friend, Angelo was hunted down by Austrian spies in France. Angelo, who was on the run, accidentally broke into a plague area in France, where the plague was everywhere and the people were almost crazy.
