Frank

Jon (Domhnall Gleeson) is a young man who loves music. One day he accidentally joined a somewhat neurotic underground band. The band's lead singer and soul is Frank (Michael Fassbender) - both a talented genius and a weirdo who wears a huge hood all day long. Jon followed the band to a remote cabin in Ireland to record the album, where they lived an almost isolated life. Over the past year, Jon has been privately posting videos of their lives on social networks. Finally, the band's strange experience attracted the attention of a music festival organizer, and Jon persuaded the members to go to the United States to participate in this music festival called South by Southwest (SXSW) to become famous. The film is based on Jon Johnson's memoir. The band leader Frank in the film is based on Chris Sievey. Chris Sievey was very popular in the 1970s and 1980s.
