Catch-22

Hulu 6-episode limited series "Catch-22" is scheduled to be launched in the full season on May 17, US time. The show is produced by Paramount Television and Anonymous Content, and is adapted from the novel of the same name by Joseph Heller, George Clooney, Grant Heslov and Ellen Kuras each directed two episodes. The limited series, written by Luke Davies and David Michôd, tells the story of the protagonist Yossarian (played by Christopher Abbott) in Italy during World War II. Because of the personal problems of Colonel Cathcart (played by Kyle Chandler, originally played by George Clooney), he forced his subordinate flying group to continue to carry out dangerous flying missions. Yossarian originally wanted to pretend to be crazy to evade the mission, but he was told that although the so-called Catch-22 of the army stated that lunatics were exempted from flying, they had to apply on their own.
