Prince Avalanche

The story takes place in the summer of 1988. Erwin (played by Paul Rudd) and Lance (played by Emile Hirsch) are both colleagues and each other's only company. Their job is simple and boring, that is, to draw road signs for a road that seems to never end. Lance was used to the lively life of feasting and entertainment, and suddenly being in the silent wilderness made him feel very crazy. But Erwin was just the opposite. The quiet environment and focused work brought him a lot of inspiration. Every day, he writes a passionate letter to his faraway girlfriend, who happens to be Lance's sister. In isolation and loneliness, there are inevitable quarrels between the two men. However, it is these conflicts that bring vitality and motivation to their life and work day after day.
