Between 1985 and 1987, the Polish Security Service launched a secret operation called "Hyacinth" to track and detain gay men in the country. About 11,000 people were entered into the database, and they were successively threatened and blackmailed in the future. And it all started with a confusing murder case. A wealthy businessman was killed in a villa, but the pursuit of the murderer was shrouded in mystery. The male protagonist, Robert, is a young policeman with a dull head. Although his father is the Chief Superintendent, he does not tolerate nepotism and is extremely serious about solving crimes, hoping to find out the truth behind it. Without telling his fiancée, Robert went undercover in a gay circle and met Eric, an outgoing male college student. Eric is a bold and confident young man with a Western education. He naturally trusted Robert, complained to the latter about the despicable behavior of Hyacinth, and revealed some inside information related to the murder. After feeling his partner's inner depression, Eric told Robert that he should not be afraid of anything, especially freedom...
