Dior Esther, the chief seamstress, has reached retirement age. One day, her handbag was stolen from her by a twenty-year-old girl Jade on the subway. Instead of calling the police, she decided to take care of her. Esther thinks Jade is a good candidate and can teach Jade the sewing skills she has learned throughout her life. The graceful manners Jade learned from Esther allowed her to find a way to transcend herself in the fanatical world of high fashion.
