In 2024 AD, a virus called COVID-23 ravaged the world. The fatality rate of the mutated virus exceeded 50%, and the world entered the fourth year of the Great Lockdown. In order to control the epidemic, the U.S. government forced all Americans infected with the epidemic to be sent to an isolation camp called "Zone Q", where they were managed in inhumane ways. In this desperate world, courier Nico (played by K.J. Apa), who is immune to the virus, and girl Sarah (played by Sofia Carson) fall in love, but the two cannot meet each other due to home isolation. But when Sarah accidentally comes into contact with a confirmed person and is about to be forced to an isolation camp, Nicole decides to do whatever it takes to walk through the uninhabited streets of Los Angeles in order to find any way to save Sarah...
