The Mad Black Lady's Funeral

The "Black Mad Woman" series of movies began in 2005 and was created by the black American filmmaker Tyler Perry. Since "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" was released in February 2005, the series has released nine films in the past 14 years, including "Boo! A Madea Halloween," "Madea's Big Happy Family," and "Madea Goes to Jail," launching one after another crazy and funny journey of "Mad Black Woman." The latest release, "The Family Funeral," continues to be written, directed and starred by 50-year-old Tyler Perry, telling a funny story about an unexpected funeral that reveals family secrets.
