Frustrated New York police detective Andre Davis (played by Chadwick Boseman) is accidentally appointed to hunt down the murderer of a major drug-related murder. In this horrific case, eight police officers were brutally murdered. In order to catch the murderer as soon as possible, Davis launched the first total blockade in Manhattan's history. All 21 bridges on the island that communicate with the outside world are prohibited from entering and exiting. But the blockade lasts only four hours, and Davis must catch the murderer before dawn! During the intense pursuit, Davis discovered that the murderer was also being hunted. There may be a monstrous conspiracy behind this case. He must find the murderer and find out the truth before everything is irreversible.
