In the late 1950s and early 1960s, Hong Kong had collusion between the police and gangsters, and the atmosphere was chaotic. Among them, the Kowloon Walled City is a terrifying place of chaos where dragons and snakes are entrenched. The idle young people A Hao (Sean Lau) and A Le (Francis Ng) accidentally wandered here. Infected by the chaotic atmosphere here, they reluctantly wanted to live in Shu. They teamed up to cheat money by betting on horses, which led to the bookmakers chasing them.
