Dick, Gao Gao, and Jacky served in the Cyprus police force and had a grudge against Mr. King in a case of uncovering counterfeit electronic banknotes. Mr King sets a trap, causing Dick and Climax to be suspended. Dick returned to Hong Kong to visit his ex-wife and son. Mr King sent people to hunt down Dick, and framed Gao Gao and imprisoned him, but Jacky was bribed. Dick learned that his two friends had been killed, so he rushed back to Cyprus, rescued Gao Zhi from prison, and worked together to investigate the case. Mr King refused to give up and forced Jacky to steal the electronic version. Jacky handed the fake electronic version to Mr King, but the real electronic version was hidden in Dick's home. After Dick learned about it, he decided to use an electric version loaded with explosives to lure Mr King into handing over one of the criminals. However, during the exchange, Jacky was escorted out, followed by a series of fire scenes.
