After many years of wandering outside, Riva returned to his hometown Kinshasa with ambition and charm. There's a gasoline famine here, and Riva and his friends manage to make a fortune. The opportunity to make a fortune is right in front of them, but they're not the only ones interested in the deal. The whole story takes place in modern times where energy is becoming increasingly depleted... Riva (played by Pasha Bey) is a businessman who is used to doing small businesses that can make some quick money. This is the first time he has returned to his hometown town in Kinshasa after leaving home for more than 10 years. His only purpose this time is to make a fortune from stolen gasoline. With a large amount of cash on him, the only thing Riva wanted to do was to have fun and pass the time. Soon, he met the beautiful beauty Nora (played by Manny Malone) in a nightclub. She was the mistress of a local gang leader, and the two of them were immediately indulged in the joy of having an affair. Involved in this chaos was Riva's former boss, an Angolan criminal. He was extremely annoyed because the gasoline he had just shipped was stolen. He vowed to recover this priceless cargo and make the person who dared to do something under his nose pay a painful price that he would never forget.
