The Great Sage

The story is based on the 57th chapter of "Journey to the West" "The True and False Sun Wukong". It tells the story of Sun Wukong who was tricked by the old monster with yellow eyebrows and was imprisoned in a mysterious cave. He lost all his magic power and the golden cudgel was confiscated. The old monster with yellow eyebrows built an unshakable and powerful army in this mysterious cave and imprisoned all kinds of monsters. With the help of the capable warrior Bull Demon King, he set up a life and death field for the little monsters to fight here. Those who died took away their spiritual power and poured the spiritual power into the mud to create six-eared macaques in an attempt to replace the real Sun Wukong. The cave became a cruel killing battlefield. The six-eared macaque pretends to be a monkey from the Huaguoshan Mountain and gets along with Sun Wukong day and night. Sun Wukong was bullied in the cave and once fell into despair. He was accustomed to fighting alone and was forced to join forces with the demons to save himself. After repeated failures, he gradually realized the true meaning of the word "Great Sage". In the end, Sun Wukong, who had his stone heart taken away, was reborn from Nirvana, fought to the death with the old monster with yellow eyebrows, and led everyone to escape from the cave.
