No Escape

A Southeast Asian government cooperated with multinational companies to develop infrastructure in backward areas. American engineer Jack (Owen Wilson) was dispatched by the company and stayed there with his wife and daughter to participate in project development. Just when Jack thought he could start a new life comfortably in Southeast Asia in the shadow of coconut trees, riots broke out among angry local residents because the government was enriching its own pockets in the name of infrastructure construction. The government police and the army were retreating steadily, and the region fell into anarchy. People's resentment quickly turned to Jack and a group of innocent foreigners, and the bloody xenophobic massacre got out of hand. Can Jack lead his family to successfully escape from danger with the help of Hammond (Pierce Brosnan), who has been living in Southeast Asia for decades?
