Violent Quarter

The story takes place in Detroit, USA. The rising crime rate and expanding criminal power have made the police miserable. In order to control these "unstable factors", the police established a "red brick special zone" to isolate criminals and civilians. In the special zone, the criminal group headed by drug lord Tremaine (Robert Fitzgerald Diggs) controls most of the resources and rights, creating a precarious and delicate balance. An accident makes Lino (David Belle) a thorn in Tremaine's side. In order to lure Lino out, Tremaine kidnaps his girlfriend Lola (Catalina Denis). At the same time, the ambitious detective Damian (Paul Walker) also hopes to capture the evil-doing Tremaine. Lino and Damian, who have different personalities but the same situation, come together and decide to join forces.
