In a remote Russian garrison area, two trains collided and exploded. Then a bizarre nuclear explosion occurred, causing heavy casualties in Russia. Dr. Julia Kelly (Nicole Kidman) of the White House Anti-Nuclear Smuggling Intelligence Unit suspects that the nuclear accident was not an accident.
