The CIA's special forces bomb expert Ray (Sylvester Stallone) resigned due to a mistake. After resigning, he made a living as a professional killer. On this day, he received a business deal from the mysterious woman Mei (played by Sharon Stone), who asked him to kill the local underworld leader.
