The White Tiger

In the early 1940s, World War II was coming to an end. The fierce and protracted fighting made both the Soviet army and the German army increasingly exhausted. A very aggressive and destructive giant tank "White Tiger" of the German army repeatedly bombed the Soviet tanks, destroying the aircraft and killing people. This unstoppable and powerful weapon always appears faintly from the smoke of the battlefield and then disappears in an instant. No one can confirm its true existence, and of course no one denies it. The Soviet commander decided to build a variant of the super tank T-34 tank to compete with it. The commander of the tank, Ivan Nadianov (Alexei Vertkov), is a legendary figure. While operating a tank, he was completely injured by a "White Tiger" bomb. Ivan, who narrowly escaped death, not only survived, but also had a special ability to read "tank language". He firmly believes that the mysterious German tank "White Tiger" does exist and is determined to destroy it. The war film "White Tiger" directed by Russian director Karen Shakhnazarov was shortlisted for the Golden Goblet Award for Best Film at the 15th Shanghai International Film Festival in 2012, and was shortlisted for the Foreign Screening Unit of the 3rd Beijing International Film Festival in 2013 - the Russian Film Festival.
