Purple Rain Storm

In 1998 off the coast of Hong Kong, a group of terrorists from Red Cambodia snatched a highly lethal biological and chemical weapon from North Korean mercenaries. During the fierce battle between the two sides, Dot (played by Daniel Wu), a member of the Cambodian Red Army, was injured and lost his memory. The Hong Kong police took him into treatment. The commander of the anti-terrorist organization Ma Li (played by Zhou Huajian) took over the case. After cracking the disk file on Dot, he learned that after the Red Cambodian leaders Diner (played by Gan Guoliang) and Guan Ai (played by He Chaoyi) took away the biological and chemical weapons, they planned to shoot them into the sky to form a highly toxic purple rain.
