Morgan was designed to dump toxic waste into the mining area where he worked, causing the deaths of thousands of residents in Zambia, East Africa, and was expelled by the local government. A few months later, DuPont learned from DuPont that Scott, who had killed him, was not dead and was hiding in the local rebel army, so he decided to return to Africa to regain his reputation and find the hidden radioactive contaminants. Little did we know that all this was actually a plot by the North Korean rebels Chen and Dupont to obtain huge profits from the uranium rods that Scott and the CIA had robbed from the Soviet Union.
