Li Liya and Yang Na are both police beauties. After performing their duties, the two went to the Philippines for vacation together. Liya stopped by to visit her cousin Hong Ben and received a warm reception. The two were enjoying the beautiful Philippine island style when they suddenly received a call from their boss in Hong Kong, instructing them to secretly investigate the secret transactions of the Hong Kong-Philippine arms group. During an operation, the two met Philippine police detective Eddie. As the investigation deepened, the two learned that Hong Ben was one of the top five arms smugglers in the Philippines, and that he and his sister Luo Wa were ruthless and went on a killing spree to monopolize the market.
