In the middle of downtown Moscow, Russia, military troops on escort missions were attacked by a group of well-trained gangsters. The scene after the war was horrific, and important satellite components were hijacked. Interpol Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) has discovered that a series of cases, including this case, were committed by former Special Forces soldier Owen Shaw (Luke Evans). In order to bring these well-trained, sophisticated and ferocious gangsters to justice, he found Dominic Toledo (Vin Diesel) who lived in seclusion in paradise for help.
