The most precious gemstone in the world is diamond, which has attracted countless thieves to their waists. However, the value of black diamond is immeasurable. The Rogue Gang, headed by Anthony (DMX), is sneaking into a building to steal rare black diamonds to hand over to middlemen and resell them to mysterious buyers. However, their phone calls are bugged by Taiwanese agent Su (Jet Li) on the other side, who comes to fight for the black diamonds. What Anthony didn't expect was that the acquisition of the black diamond put them in a dangerous situation surrounded by enemies.
