The film describes a fantasy of rebellion and crime, a desire to break through constraints and destroy everything. Director Herzog created a strange revolutionary world composed entirely of dwarfs. Every resident is a dwarf. When their friend is held hostage by the wealthy authorities, everyone decides to rescue him and rebel against the system. As time went on, the entire operation gradually turned chaotic and violent from what started as a rescue operation. Looking at pornographic illustrations, setting fires, breaking things, torturing animals, and even pushing a car into a cliff.
