The comedy, called Permission, follows a couple who try to cement their relationship by sleeping with someone else. "Permission" is written and directed by Brian Crano. The protagonists of the film, Anna (Rebecca Howe) and Will (Dan Stevens), are a pair of lovers who have been together for many years. They are first lovers and each other's first kiss and first time. The relationship is very stable, but lacks passion. At Anna's thirtieth birthday party, Will prepares to propose, but is interrupted by their drunk friend, who drunkenly suggests that they should not rush to get married and settle down, but go outside to see other "scenery". The speaker was unintentional, but the listener was intentional. Anna was really moved, so she discussed with Will to start an "experiment": that is, to have sexual relations with other people freely within the framework of monogamy.
