Happy Family Events

Chang Man (Huang Baiming), the eldest brother of the Chang family (played by Wu Junru) has a successful career, but dislikes his wife at home, Sister Cheng (played by Wu Junru), who is a yellow-faced woman and does not know how to dress up. Sister-in-law Cheng serves her elderly and demented parents-in-law at home every day. She is deeply loved by Chang Sao (Leslie Cheung) and Chang Huan (Stephen Chow). The sissy Chang Sao and her "manly" cousin Liang Wushuang (played by Mao Shunyun) are mortal enemies, but when both of them are emotionally hurt at the same time, they begin to fall in love. Chang Huan is a famous playboy, but his brain was accidentally damaged. His girlfriend He Liyu (played by Maggie Cheung) is still willing to stay with him.
