Suleiman fled Palestine and longed to live in a new homeland, but realized that his homeland was always with him. The anticipation of a new life soon turned into a ridiculous joke: no matter where he went, from Paris to New York, there was always something that reminded him of his homeland. In this comedic exploration of identity, nationality and belonging, Suleiman asks an essential question: Where can we truly call home?
