The theft of jewels from the British royal family has caused high tensions. The Intelligence Bureau immediately dispatched its top agent, "Tianzi No. 1", to track down the jewelry case. However, before any clues could be found in the case, "Tianzi No. 1" was murdered. At the funeral of "Tianzi No. 1", the top agents of the British Intelligence Agency were attacked by a bomb and all died. Soon, the Intelligence Bureau received news that this group of bad guys was preparing to attack the British Crown. However, the intelligence agency's top agents all died.
