Hot Detective

Nicholas Angel (played by Simon Pegg) serves as a senior patrol officer in London. Catching thieves and solving crimes seems to be his greatest pleasure. For this reason, he has become the most dedicated and capable police officer in the police department. But this aroused the jealousy of the police chief, and poor Nicholas was transferred to a remote and quiet town as a policeman. The town has not had a vicious crime in decades. Nicholas lived quite depressed there. He felt that he had no room to display his ability to catch thieves. What troubles him even more is that Danny Batman (Nick Frost), the son of the town police chief, also came to join in the fun and became his partner. This new partner is extremely troublesome and spends his days asking about police experience in big cities.
