Musicologist Howard and his fiancée Eunice arrived in San Francisco. The purpose of this trip was to receive a $20,000 scholarship from the LaRaibi Foundation. The checkered leather suitcase that Howard carried contained specimens of the Fire City rocks collected, which were important evidence used to prove the origin of music. Mr. Smith's suitcase contains secret government documents, and spy Jones works hard to get his hands on them. The third is Howard's suitor Midi, who followed her beloved here and her suitcase is filled with all kinds of underwear. The story revolves around these four suitcases.
