It's Hard to Tell

Harold (Harold Lloyd) is an apprentice in a tailor shop. He is shy and introverted. He always blushes and is timid in front of women, so he is often laughed at by female customers. Harold is a man who loves fantasy very much. In his fantasy, he is a playboy who plays with all women. Harold records all his absurd fantasies and writes them into novels. One day, Harold decided to take the completed manuscript to the publishing house. With luck, he might be eligible for publication. On his way to the publishing house, Harold met a girl named Mary (Jobyna Ralston) on the train. The pure and beautiful Mary quickly attracted Harold's attention, but at the same time, Harold's old habit of being afraid of women returned.
