Laughing Through the Iron Curtain

This film is directed by Jim. Abrahams, David. Zhu Ke, and Jerry. Zhu Ke co-directed, and the common characteristic of the three is that they are accustomed to using joking film techniques to make jokes. The plot describes Nickrey, a well-known American rock and roll singer, who was invited to perform in East Germany and met Hilary, the daughter of scientist Freeman. After learning that Freeman was imprisoned in prison for making a deadly weapon, he decided to help her rob the prison to save her father, so she was inadvertently involved in an espionage case. The film imitates Hitchcock's spy actions in an extremely exaggerated way, and has a deep satirical meaning towards XXism. There are also many hilarious clips and scenes that are worth watching.
