Date Night

Tax lawyer Phil Foster (played by Steve Carell) and real estate agent wife Claire Foster (played by Tina Fey) are an ordinary middle-aged couple living in New Jersey. They have two sons and their daily life is tiring and routine. Influenced by a friend's separation, Phil decides on a whim to move his weekend dinner date into the city to eat at a newly opened seafood restaurant in Manhattan. The two people who didn't make a reservation took someone else's seat, but they didn't expect to be kidnapped by two strangers out of the restaurant during the meal and threatened them with a gun to return a flash drive. The Fosters, who were unaware of what was going on and were scared to death, tried to escape and asked one of Claire's past clients named Holbrooke (Mark Wahlberg) for help, but they still could not escape the chase. The two even had to pretend to be pimps and dancers to break into the strip club of gang leader Joe Moretto (Ray Liotta) and make fools of themselves. ©Douban
