Faces

A troupe led by the hypnotist Vogler was detained and interrogated by the local police chief and related persons in a small town on their way to Stockholm. They were ordered to perform magic in public to verify whether there were supernatural phenomena. As a result, their trick was exposed, but during their stay they experienced many unexpected adventures and changes. In the end, the troupe was summoned by the king and set off on the road again.
