Ghost Horse Space Cat

Three scientists help an alien feline stranded on Earth repair its damaged spacecraft in order to return home, but their efforts are hampered by incompetent military officials and foreign spies. A UFO is stranded on Earth and is being held by the U.S. government. Its navigator, a collared cat with special abilities, including the ability for cats to communicate with humans, has eluded authorities and needs the help of a man named Frank to recover and repair his boat so he can return home.
