Dreams of Gold

Sheila (Rita Hayworth) is the pillar of the dance troupe. Her beauty has captured the hearts of too many men, including the dance troupe's executive Martin (Robert Benchley). Although Martin already has a family, this does not prevent him from pursuing Sheila passionately. In order to please Sheila, he bought a precious bracelet and wanted to give it to her. Unexpectedly, he was caught by his wife in this situation. In order to maintain his marriage, Martin lied that the bracelet was given to Sheila by Robert (Fred Astaire), the director of the dance company. To prove that his statement was true, Martin also arranged for Sheila and Robert to dance an ambiguous and hot dance. Unexpectedly, this move alarmed newspapers and magazines, and the next day, Sheila and Robert were already engaged on the front page.
