I Want to Live Like This

30-year-old Laura (played by Sandra Ceccarelli) has always longed to be an actress. However, she has not had good luck, her acting talent has never been discovered, and her stardom is bleak. One day, Laura shines in an audition for the film "La Traviata" and attracts the attention of big star Stefano Lo (Luigi Lo Cascio). Stefano offers Laura the role of the heroine that should have been played by his friend Chiara (Galatea Ranzi). Chiara, who has always been in love with Stefano, chooses to accept it and plays a supporting role in the play.
