A little boy was electrocuted while climbing a high cable road sign tower. When he grew up, he discovered that when he was angry, sporadic electricity would fly out of his fists. Elsewhere in Tokyo, there is an electronics wizard who happens to be a vigilante with a penchant for electronic weapons. When the two attract each other's attention, an inevitable war is about to set the entire city on fire... Almost a subversion and criticism of traditional imaging technology, the character played by Tadanobu Asano in the film can manipulate electricity and talk to reptiles. Tadanobu Asano once again used his crazy and flamboyant acting skills to interpret the character into a passionate, decadent, and repressed fanatic. And enough to challenge the famous "Tetsuo".
