A couple who gained superpowers through experiments gave birth to a daughter, Charlie (played by Ryan Kira Armstrong), who can be set on fire. Since then, they have been evading the pursuit of federal secret agents, who want to use Charlie's superpowers for themselves. Charlie must gradually learn to control his own abilities and rely on them to protect himself and his family... Adapted from Stephen King's novel of the same name.
