Two Hundred Miles Under the Sea

When U.S. Navy Captain Nelson (played by Walter Pidgeon) led the submarine Seaview to explore under the North Pole, a crisis suddenly erupted on the earth. The atmosphere was burned by a fire, causing the earth to heat up rapidly. Scientists had different opinions, and Nelson decided to use the Seaview to launch a nuclear missile and let it explode outside the atmosphere in the hope of extinguishing the fire and cooling the earth. In order to solve this problem quickly, Nelson decided to let the crew voluntarily choose whether to stay on the ship or continue moving forward.
