The Nun

A nun committed suicide in a monastery in the Romanian countryside. For this reason, the Vatican appointed Father Burke (Demian Bichir) and novice nun Irene (Taissa Farmiga) to investigate. After arriving at their destination, they first found France, a young French man (Jonas Bloquet) who regularly delivers supplies to the monastery, and he was the first witness to discover the nun's body. The three of them entered the monastery. The atmosphere inside was eerie and ghostly, and the nuns were erratic, like ghosts. The abbess, whose face cannot be seen, said the nuns were praying silently and would not be able to answer their questions until the next day. In desperation, Father Burke and his party had to temporarily settle in the monastery. But as night falls, the real terror begins to emerge, and the devil launches an indiscriminate attack on the devout faith...
