Twins

At the end of the Meiji period in Japan, class concepts were strong. Yukio (played by Masahiro Motoki) was an excellent doctor and the heir to the Daitokuji family. He also had a young and beautiful wife, Arin (played by Ryo), who combined reputation and status in one body, which was enviable. He saves lives and heals the wounded, but views slums as the source of crime and disease, and has deep prejudices against the lower classes. Unfortunately, this noble Daitokuji family hides some ulterior secrets, and Arlene also suffers from amnesia. Since his parents died mysteriously one after another, unfortunate things have happened one after another. One day, Yukio was attacked in the garden and pushed into an abandoned well by a man who looked exactly like him. From then on, that man appeared as the heir to the Daitokuji family and Arlene's husband, but Yukio lived an inhuman life at the bottom of the well...
