An apartment in Hollywood named Russman Arms is home to men and women from all over the country who are seeking development. Some of them became famous and embarked on a smooth road; some suffered setbacks and packed up and went home; some simply disappeared and were never heard from again. Female teacher Nelle (Angela Bettis) and her husband Steven Burrows (Brent Roam) became new residents here due to work needs. The apartment was old and many parts were dilapidated. When the Barrows moved in, the administrator was renovating the apartment. Steven worked at the hospital during the day, while Nelle stayed at home and tidied up the room. She often hears strange noises, and then hears some ancient legends about the apartment, which make Nell feel uneasy. At the same time, people disappeared one after another in the apartment, and bloody corpses were all over the building...
