Valentine's Day Killer

On a Valentine's Day night, a young male and female couple were found dead in Lovers' Lane. After investigation, it was embarrassing that they had already started their own families, which surprised their families. Fast forward 13 years. Sheriff Tom (Matt Riedy), the husband of the female victim, is still having trouble with his daughter Mandy (Jori Wanquist) because of the death of his wife. Penny (Suzanne Bouchard), the spouse of the male victim, is still trying to hide the circumstances of his father's death from his son Michael; the murder clouds of that year are still hovering over the two families. To make matters worse, the murderer of that year successfully escaped from prison, and another Valentine's Day is coming!
