Trish (Gina Philips) and Daley (Justin Long) The two siblings were driving on a country road to return home for vacation. The bored two people chatted with each other to relieve their boredom. Suddenly, an old and dirty truck tried to overtake, causing tension between the two. Soon they saw someone getting off the truck throwing a bag of blood-stained items into a pipe in front of a roadside hut. The siblings became curious, and regardless of their experience of being chased by a truck, they quietly returned to the hut to check. Daley fell into the pipe and found that the package was actually a living person with an unknown object sewn into his belly. The frightened Daley and Trish drove away quickly, but a ghost with wings began to follow them all the way. The siblings asked for help from various people they met on the road, which made this nightmare experience even more horrifying...
