Michael Peña will star in the movie version of [Fantasy Island], playing the role of Ricardo Montelban in the series version. The original drama contains dark themes and supernatural elements. It tells the story of a mysterious resort island in the Pacific Ocean, where people's various weird requests seem to be met. The film, written and directed by Jeff Wadlow ([Kick-Ass 2]), tells the story of the island's overseer Roark, who warns guests that their fantasies may not come true.
