Dr. Herba Weiss and his assistant Dan Kane once again tried to resurrect the dead. They found the body parts of the dead who were massacred at Miskotonic Medical College. This time they wanted to put the heart of Dan's former girlfriend into the "perfectly assembled" body in an attempt to recreate his girlfriend. However, unexpected results occurred, and Dr. Hill came back with only one head for revenge. This second film is even more bizarre and exaggerated than the first one: a human hand attached to a puppy, a disgusting monster that combines eyeballs and fingers, and a human head that can fly with two bat wings, etc., all made the audience who watched the film open their mouths. Especially the climax of the film, "Patchwork Beauty", made us indulge in infinite horror and nausea.
