Peter and the Wolf

Peter and his grandfather live in the countryside. The frightened grandfather locks himself and Peter in a house that looks like a military fortress, avoiding the messy streets and the gangsters on the streets. At the same time, Peter was warned not to play on the frozen lake outside or to climb the big oak tree in front of the house. The young and curious Peter took advantage of his grandfather's sleep and secretly ran outside to play on the frozen lake. Unexpectedly, a bad wolf passed by. With wit and bravery, Peter captured the wolf alive. But when he and his grandfather brought the wolf to the town, they found that people were very cruel to the wolf. Finally, Peter decided to release the wolf back into the wild. "Peter and the Wolf" is a symphonic fairy tale written for children in 1936 by Russian composer Prokofiev. The characters in the story are played by various musical instruments. The film also won the 2008 80th Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
